You will be responsible for setting up and executing a DMU (Decision Making Unit) mapping within the container leasing sector. You will utilize various tools such as LinkedIn, our internal database, Salesforce, and our CMS system to gather data and gain insights into the decision-making process of B2B customers. This will support the commercial team in identifying key decision-makers and influencers, enabling more effective strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct DMU mapping by gathering relevant data from LinkedIn, our internal database, Salesforce, and CMS.
- Identify and map out the different roles and functions involved in the decision-making process at customer organizations (e.g., procurement managers, fleet managers, CFOs, operations managers). Analyze customer data to understand how decision-making structures relate to their container leasing needs.
- Engage in discussions with colleagues to further refine the DMU list.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to leverage DMU insights for targeted campaigns and lead generation.
Who are you?
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree, such as Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine and analyze customer data from various systems (LinkedIn, Salesforce, internal database, CMS).
- Familiair with using LinkedIn for gathering business-related information is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Basic knowledge of DMU models and decision-making structures in B2B organizations.
- Experience working with customer databases and CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with data analysis methods is a plus.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
